Derestriction can be on a few places. (Clocks,Gearbox, carbs) But generally on the ZZR1100c models you can buy the standard deristrictor plug it in and away you go.

My zzr 250 92 model when started has excessive rev and acceleration i have lubricated all moving carby parts and acceloration cable aswell please help

The fuel mixture is probably running too lean. Old, hardened rubber seals between the carb and the cylinder are letting un-carbureted air into the fuel/air mix.

I have a 1992 zzr 1100 it goes into 1st gear then back to neutral but will not go into 2 3 4 5 6 gears ? can you help.

Assuming the clutch is operating properly the problem sound like it lies in the gear case, possbily a worn or bent shift fork, sorry but it sounds as if you will need to split the cases.

Oil rype is important on wet clutches. Wrong oil will cause this problem. Motor oil is a no no - good luck

Zzr 1100 c model revs fine stationary and starts ok but when riding will not go faster than 50mph and stutters back and forth all the time

The spec sheet doesn't say if your model has fuel injection or carbs. Assuming carbs, disassemble and clean them. You will want the shop to balance and sync the carbs as well. This should get you back on the road in style.
