We have a similar, but slightly different problem than we see listed: load was a cotton blanket--found washer stopped, partially drained--no response to controls. Manually drained, unplugged to reset (cpu?), checked brushes-ok, checked fuses-ok, no clogged drain line, etc. There is a relay click when power is turned on-no further response. We have the diagram of the control board--lots of areas we would expect voltage shows 0.9VDC---this is not a working voltage, rather it would be some sort of dead circuit or self-protected circuit. The diagram is a piece of garbage in that the circuit components are deliberately unlabled so you can't tell what's what. I do see 12VDC at relay coils, 5.2 volts on some logic points. The 3 pin component on the larger heat sink has 0.9 VDC on the two outer pins and ground on the center pin. IC1 has workable voltages on the 4 pins on the side with the dot and 303VDC (with 117VAC superimposed) on the 4 pins on the opposite side. We're game to repair the board if that's the issue rather than pay someone to come sell us a new one and toss the existing board.

Not normally. Most manufacturers supply boards complete and ready to go in to replace a dud. Unless you know an electronics whiz who can identify what component(s) have failed, you are probably better off and reliability wise, to get a replacement board.
This seems to be a fault with the controller unit as there is no program cycle execution . So remore the power plug and let the processor reset, now try with different programs and if the cycle does not move it is possible that the controller unit is faulty.
I had identical problem. I diagnosed it to be the motor brushes on the front of the motor. They have an off switch in them when they get worn out. Easy to check and replace. Remove front lower panel (two torx 20 screws). Brushes are visible and are held with two screws each. One on each side of motor. Remove two screws on each brush and unattach wire. Two new motor brushes were around $75. Literally tooke 30 minutes to replace. Hope this is your issue!
first I would check you drain pump ... make sure it is clear and clean.. next if you have a meter be sure it is getting power and that it is not shorted ...if it is not getting power then I would check the wires first then check your control.
Hope it helps if Not let me know more about you problem..I can help
Do all of your cycles work when you turn them manually? If one cycle does not work when you turn the dial on it then it will be your timer (The dial assembly $100-up) If all your cycles work manually, then it could be your timer motor which is attached to your timer assembly.
If you turn the dial pass the wash, on to the rinse, does the dial automaticly move (when finishng the rinse cycle)to the spin cycle? If so then your timer motor is ok.
The only wires close to the bottom are the motor, but these should be high enough out of the way.
