2000 peugeot 306 1.9 diesel smokey on startup and misfiring when cold but is ok after heating up no wAater loss any ideas

Change the glow plugs i used to have a 306 and a huge cloud of white smoke come out of the exhaust on start up lol, changed the glow plugs and was clear as a whistle, its because the glow plugs dont get as hot as the others and fires up on the hottest cylinders so if you have two glow plugs out the other two are being forced to turn over hope this helps you ;)
