That really sucks! Ive been there so i feel your pain but youre lucky you got it back. Was the bike dropped or crashed or laying down for any length of time?

The Cheap chinese ignition switches on ebay can can cause issues. Ive seen a couple not work right from brand new. If you need to cycle the Key multiple times for the fuel pump to work then the kill switch part of it may not be working as well. You should tell the seller what its doing and make them send you another one.

The fuel pump is in the tank, tank can be droped out to chg.pump, Its up to you how you want to do it but for me i always found it easier to unbolt the bed and lift it back about a foot and i could get right at it, and i did not have to mess with the tank straps and fuel lines, If that is the problem. Chk.fuses and relay first.
