Maruti Suzuki S-Cross is a premium car, not only in terms of the features and engine but in terms of the exterior styling too. It has a soft appearance and the ruggedness of a crossover or an SUV has been kept low. It can well be called an extension of a premium hatchback with gentle cladding on the lower skirts.
Hence, considering that it has little or no traits of being an SUV, any light colour would not be able to do much justice. The reason behind this being - if you want to buy a proper SUV (bold and muscular) every colour will suit the car, be it light or deep. But a car which is soft in design, won't look good in a soft colored body.
The Maruti S-Cross is available in five colour shades, out of which the colors that best suit the mini SUV are Nexa Blue and Caffeine Brown. Granite Grey looks good too, but not as much as the Blue and Brown. However, Premium Silver and Pearl Arctic White would be the last one that I would choose.
I am not sure if you would have noticed much, but Blue and Brown are the most commonly found colours for the S-Cross. If I was at your place, I would have chosen the Nexa Blue or Brown without even considering the others as an option.

it could be a lite blue colour that looks white,if so then the car is burning a little oil,the valve seals are probably dried out and allowing small amounts of oil to be drawn into the combustion chamber past the seal and valve guides when the car sits and when started up the oil gets burned in the combustion chamber.if its white smoke then it could be a small head gasket coolant leak.

for the electronic-type rev counter, it is usually shares the same wire with the ignition coil. for suzuki, usually its colour code is white with blue tracer / blue stripe. give it a try. hopefully u can solve it :-)
