Hi,,,you can change the front sprocket to a bigger one(more teeth) or change the rear sprocket to one with less teeth.
the front is the cheapest option and changing one tooth on the front is equivelent to 3 on the rear.
If its a struggle, you're probably doing something wrong. Speak to the previous, or even call around and ask him/her to show you how it's done! :)
