Sputtering at low rpm ttr230

Run some carb cleaner through the tank. "Seafoam" has a real following. It could be that the jets are crudded up, especially if your bike sat some over the winter.

check your shutoff valve on the tank you might have a small piece of junk blocking it inside your tank...easy way to tell is when you have loss of power stop and shake bike side to side

I doubt the battery would cause such an issue. It actually sounds like it could be water (condensation) in the fuel. I would suggest trying dry gas before you do anything else.

Bike is sputtering when give it gas. sat for 2

Make sure battery is full, not just charged. if the sputter is still there you may need to clean air filter, fuel fillter or carbs may need to have trash removed from inside at the fuel float valve-seat and jet.

Bike started to sputter and lose power fuel

This sounds like water in the gas. Condensation in the gas tank makes it's way into the float bowl and after enough accumulates the bike dies because water just doesn't burn like gas. Drain the carbs and then let them fill up again. The good thing is that the cost to eliminate this as a problem is zero.
