I dont know the year of my motor i have no vin number

It is very difficult to identify a scooter from the vin number. You could contact a PGO dealer directly and give them the whole VIN number so they can look it up on the factory spec sheets. There is usually a fee for this service.
You could try looking at the website below but you would have to go through the model photos listed one by one until you find a photo that matches your scooter.

The vin # does not get higher as the year goes up, the vin # each number has a meaning to it, for example body code is one number then year then engine type and so on, it does not start at 1 and go up as the years do, hope this explains it good day

I think the 8th number is the engine number on the VIN and the 10th number /letter is the year ...might have that backwards. but i am close to correct

the vin number would have the year number but vin numbers are very specific like every make model and year has a different set of numbers they go by. so doing some research on the vin numbers of the specific car your looking for would help. but the year of the car should be on the inside of the driver door.

check your VIN number! The eighth number will tell you what year your bike was produced.

It should be located on the right hand side of the down tube. Turn the handle bars to the left and look on the right side of the down tube. If it is not there or has been filed off most likely it is hot.

if you have the engine out itheir is a vin num stamped on the rear of the heads ,olso if its a small block shuch as a 350 327 305 or even the 400 small block90% of the engine parts are enter changeable,
their shoulf also be a vin number stamped on the block right above the top bolt of the water pump on the drivers side
