Check the alternator brushes. My high reving YX600 used to go through a set every 5000 miles, and my bike would also just shut down.

My 05 kawasaki ninja 636 will not start. the cluster lights come on and when i try to start the bike it makes a humming noise. it wont let me push start it either. it tries to push start but it just wont....

I am not familiar with Kawasaki's but with Suzukis you need to hold the clutch before yuo can start it. If this is the case and you are, then it might be the switch is defective or the wire has come loose. It might also be worth checking the kill switch is in the run position. The humming noise is the fuel pump priming and is normal

I have a ninja 2003 636. I need to remove all the gas

either siphon from the filler, or disconnect the fuel line from the carb and put into container, then turn over the engine to pump out the fuel. You also could try turning the bike upside down lol

Changing plus in a 2003 ninja 636....needs some help

Gday. . Remove both your seats, this allows you to be able to undo the 2 bolts to the tank that sit under your seat, theres 2 bolts at the front of tank that need to be removed. As your lifting tank off youll need to remove the fuel line as well. make sure to turn fuel tap off before removing. Once tank is off youll see what needs to be done from there. Pretty straight forward

Engine swap 04 zx10r on a 06 zx 636 f

The frame mounting points are completely different. A zx 636 frame wraps around the motor where as a zx10r frame goes directly over the motor. That's how they keep the zx10r nimble enough to feel like a 600cc sport bike. But in this day and age if you have enough time and money you can accomplish anything. Honestly it's just easier to sell your 6 and buy a 1 liter.
