The intake is 0.001 to 0.003 (set them at 0.002) & exhaust is 0.003 to 0.005 (set them to 0.004) I have owned Suzuki's my whole adult life

have you got fresh gearbox oil in it? could be the fork pin is being funny, how is it once its warmed up?

a simple carburetor balancing should do the trick. At most the fuel supply nozzle tip may need to be replaced if the nozzle has become large. finally do overhaul the carburetor too.

buy yourself a Haynes manual, I swear by them. and ebay is great for motorcycle parts! good luck.

The engine doesn't use oil,the only oil it gets is from the 2 cycle oil mix in the gas,the transmission uses 85\90 transmission oil such as bel-ray or others. I would NOT reccomend running 10\40 in the trans...

The engine on this bike is a 2-cycle motor. What that means is, it must be fueled with a gas/2-cycle oil mixture. Oil in the exhaust (depending on the amount and type of oil) is not a clear indication anything is wrong with the bike.

The only way to remove the seal is to pry it out, be caerful and don't damage the shaft or case.
