Based on your description, bike will start if you spray fuel into the carb, then the carb is not getting fuel. A couple of ideas you may want to explore/check/clean:

• fuel valve;
• some fuel valve have 3 positions, OFF, ON, PRI where the ON would only allow fuel to flow if there is sufficient vacuum from the intake manifold; the PRI allows fuel to flow unrestricted;
• float settings of the carb;
• fuel filter. Some tanks have built-in strainer/filter right before or part of the fuel valve.

Can you try and start it but using your hand to cover the carb while trying to start it and let me know if it will start that way?
