Not sure what your talking about - 2000 R6's had carb's. The first year for a fuel injected R6 was 2003.

SOURCE: Lost my key.

i dont think so, you could contact yamaha dealer and ask if they can order you a new key from the chassis number, or remove the ignition or seat lock if you can and take it to a good locksmith to make you a key from the lock

SOURCE: remove the seat

The two rear corners of the riders seat can be pulled back, you will find two allen head screws, simply remove them and the seat can be removed exposing the battery.

SOURCE: 2008 Yamaha YZF-R6 turn signal wiring harnes

sorry.. i don't know off the top of my head but super simple way to check.. get an electrical tester that pierces the wire and turns on a light.. ($5 at walmart--seriously) turn on left signal, check the wires.. the one that is flashing is your left signal... so on and so forth..

(this tool will be super handy in the future also)

2009 yamaha yzf r6 color wiring diagram

I have an 08 r6 and mice chewed up some wires from previous owner. I have repaired all wires. I am not getting power to the top injectors. I have tested them individually and they spray no problem. Anyone have a wiring color code? One that actually says ie.. starter wire= grey/black as an example. The list is what im looking for. I need to know what color wire supplies those injectors. Thanks
