You may have a stuck carburetor floar. It will let fuel in the carb overfill to an overflow drain hose and the fuel pump only works when engine is turning. You will have to have the carburetor serviced.

Where is it leaking from? If its leaking, that's more than likely why it doesn't run right, the fuel/air mixture is off. Also, I wouldn't continue to run it until the leak is fixed as it may damage the motor from not lubricating properly.
check the o ring inside the fitting see if damaged. also the factory line sometimes wont fit aftermarket filter. i have run into this before . you are probly gonna have to replace the line if you want to keep the pressure fitting. if not cut the rubber hose if it is flexable and slide the hose over the inlet on the filter and use a metal hose clamp to fasten the hose. this should work check 4 leeks. if it leeks bite the bullit and get the new hose oem.i hope this will help you good luck
take the sensor arm loose and manually operate it, when it is up, it thinks the suspension is low. Spray the bags and hoses with soapy water to find any leaks, dawn dish detergent works well. repair any leaks. If no leaks manifest, take a hose loose and see if you are actually getting air pressure from the air pump. Just because it is running, doesn't mean it is supplying pressure.
Replace your hose going from intake to brake booster ( vacuum leak) check all other hoses also. Clean the throttle body. And a tune up probably wont hurt either.
need 3 things to run
1. fuel
2. air
3. spark
loose any and it wont run, pull a plug wire off and crank it over.
does it spark? if yes good if no do same test with coil wire
disconnect fuel line stick hose in a bottle turn over, pump fuel? yes? good, no either filter clogged or pump bad
