Sounds like a broken cable to the throttle body. Check that both cables are intact.

There is a seat lock on the LHS side of the bike just below where the front and rear seats meet. Turn the key clockwise and remove the rear seat. Now turn the key anti clockwise and remove the front seat. If it doesn't release, just put a bit of pressure on the rear of the seat (or bang it with your fist) while turning the key.

Looks like that the clutch needs adjustment or may need a replacement. This issues really occur when the clutch is worn out. I suggest that you have it replaced to resolve the problem.
