long time ago i no but check the side stand switch there a wire leading to a plug , pull the plug in use a bit of copper wire and bridge the wire loom side of the plug and then try putting into first

Hi, is this the weep hole on the water impellor cover? If it is you will need to replace the seals within the water pump itself, it is designed like this, aNy water leaking past the seals will exit via the weep hole, without this the water would contaminate the oil inside the gearbox, it is mportant you do not use this machine until the problem is rectified, paul

Hi, hold the mode button for 5 seconds,then still holding it turn the ignition on,keep the mode button held for 15 seconds with the ignition on and the spanner will go away.

if not repeat the procedure again.

if the system is still attached to the bike get some wood and a G clamp and use the brake lever to pump it out, and when it gets near it place the wood and G clamp on the other brake calliper piston and pump that out.

if not, get and airline gune and squirt it throught the banjo bolt hole and place some wood on the inside of the calliper (where the pads are)


or...

get a set of piston pliers which are a harder option. but before doing that, fill the thing with WD40 throught the banjo and leave overnight.

Sounds to me like you need a tune up. Check the fuel filter first, I suggest you change it. Are you using the gas that came with the bike? Change it also, if you are. Gaas that sits accumulates moisture and sediment. Could be clogging your jets at high speed

Hi there,

Bikes arent meant to be tipped on one side that explains why it won't start. The fuel "wet" the parts that needed to be dry in order for combustion.

Here's a quick solution for that.

1. remove the spark plugs. dry it. and let the air out of the engine block for a while. Return spark plug after at least 10-15 minutes observing the proper torque. (1/4 after finger tighting it)
2. Do not pull the choke. Just start it normally. If it doesnt, jump start it on 3rd gear.

ull need to check the front break calliper may need stripped and cleaned as they get alot of carbon in the pots as there brembo same problem on the mito easy job undo break line twist upover gently and clamp gently with grips or peg tape a cup plastic to it so no fluid drips on whell or paint work then ull see the allen head bolts undo theeese while still attached to the mount befroe u take the calliper off as it is easier then take off put on bench and seperate so the 2 pieces come apart get loads of wd 40 take the cylinders out all 4 of them with plyers or mould grips gently twisting and turning whilst using wd 40 once out clean the holes good and the cylinders all 4 of them on the outside when uv done put them back in put calliper back together mount back on bike then tighten them up as it is easier lol on bike then put the break line back on and tighten banjo bolt up when all that is done ull need to bleed the break dead easy this undo the banjo just a few turns also undo the reservio cap on bars where u put the fluid in as to release the preasure whilst bleeding put a bit of pipe on the end of nipple and the other end in a cup pull break leaver in and out slowely but firmly make sure the fluid is always full when the fluid comes out with no air locks hold leaver in and tighten the bolt put the cap on and there u go if that dosnt work ring 118 118 lol u might have a warped disc

a locksmith may be able to repair it-but if u get a new one the key will probly be different-contact manafacturar

i reckon u turn ur keys on then off then on then off or maybe disconnect ur bat then connect after 30

Your start solenoid is faulty. Replace it.

if it does come with it brand new , u might have to w8 till u ran it in , then they will deristrict

hi, if you hold in the small button on your left handle and turn the key in the bike to turn it on, do this about four times and be sure to hold the button for 10 sec each time.

yes buddy could be plug run a br8eg plug in there this is the same engine as my brothers motospania am6 engine get back to me if it carries on also dont overtighten the plug read the box carefully

Check the compression in the cylinder. If the engine had partially seized it may have damaged the bore,piston and rings.

to get rid of the spanner... hold down the mode button for about 5 seconds..then turn the ignition on still holding the button. and hold it for another 10 15 seconds. should stop it coming on
