Noisy timing chain

Did you check oil for moisture or change the oil before you started it? Sometimes when things get stored they end up getting moisture in the oil and this can lead to rust forming inside and of course improper lubrication. I would definitely have started with a oil change before starting it. Anyways if that's not it your tentioner isn't working properly because if im correct it is self adjusting.

It's possible that when the wires were connected the wrong way it could have caused a short in the electrical system that charges the battery. I'd suggest you change those first.

Hi,my kawasaki z250 wont start, starter solenoid

It could be "clicking" for three reasons. Poor battery voltage/contacts, no power to the motor or a faulty starter motor due to worn brushes.
The click you hear is the solenoid pulling the dog cog against the starter sprocket.
If the lights stay bright and do not "dip" in brightness when attempting to start your bike, suspect the starter motor itself or cables feeding it. Connect the battery possitive momentarily to the starter motor power contact. Does it spin? If not the motor is without a doubt faulty. If it does, your problem is the power cable from the battery and any ancillary relays.
Hope this helps.

Where does the hose from

hi.

that should either be the fuel pipe, going to the fuel tap.
or possibly a vacuum pipe, probably still going to the fuel tap (there may be a fuel cut off system at the tap depending on the model)

hope this helps

Hey i got my z250c

It needs a good battery( new)
It can also damage the regulator, jump starting off a larger battery, or running with a stuffed battery.
When the new correct battery it fitted, get a volt meter, and put it across the battery terminals.
It should read 12v engine stopped and about 14v engine running, if it doesnt rise the regulator may be damaged.
The fact it is boiling the battery may just mean the regulator is working, but just cant charge a shorted battery

Re my query yesterday,

Hi, Castle Hill Motorcycles seems to be the main bike shop in your area, lot of dealers go overboard on repair work, grab your local phone book and even your local accessories store usually will know someone who repairs bikes in your area without charging and arm and a leg, shop around, what is the problem with the bike, maybe you can fix it yourself!!!

Any hints on getting a

Unless the carbs and tank were carefully drained when it was parked up, you're going to probably need the carbs and fuel system cleaned. Miracles can happen though, put a litre or so in the tank on reserve and give it a go. The reason I say a litre is that it's not a lot to drain when you find the bike doesn't run worth beans. Some people would pull the valve cover off and oil up the dried out cam and followers before starting but it's unlikely you'll cause any damage. If you do need the carbs cleaned, don't let just any idiot do it. Take it to a pro.

Your Air filter is probably soaked with gas. Take out the air filter, re-clean the spark plugs with brake cleaner spray and try again. Also check the kill switch on the handlebar. It may have been bumped to "off".

My ninja 250 is not starting i have checked ever

Look for and trouble shoot the kill switch, key if u have one all the way to the starter. Proove everything is operational from your battery foreward. If it was a sudden issue my best guess is electrical. If it was a problem that increased with time I would go with Plug and Fuel delivery. Filters etc
