Remove clutch and chain

If you want to know what needs to be done the clutch cable must be shortened as much as possible then the primary drained and the cover removed and then the compensator nut and the clutch adjuster removed and the clutch (left hand Thread) removed and then the compensator and clutch and chain assembly removed as one piece. Put a zip tie through the chain so you will know which orientation it was in when removed for re installation. You will need a locking bar to loosen and tighten the compensator and clutch nuts.

Changed oil then brake lights and dash lights went out,

Brake lights and dash lights should not be connected. Did you check all of you fuses. Is it just the rear brake light or both for front and rear??? Are the running lights working??? Going to need more information than you have provided I am afraid.

I cannot squeeze the front brake on my 2009 roadking.

There is a service bulletin out (M-1251). It's a "MAP" the dealership loads, which is a new alibration for it.

Electronic throttle control sensor

While I'd like to try and help, I'd need to know WHAT ABOUT the throttle sensor you're asking about. I have a 2008 Road King Classic with the TBW (Throttle By Wire), and the shop manual with diagnosis flow charts at my disposal, but I need to know what your question is.

Hooked up LED lights front and rear turn signals with brake light. Brake lights and rear turn signals worked until I hooked up front turn signals. Now rear turn signals not working but brake light is

Usually when you install LEDs, because of the difference in the voltage draw, to work correctly you need to install a "load equalizer".Do the rear turn signals light, but not flash? If so, that's most likely the problem.
