I have a 2000 kawasaki ninja z9x turns over but will not start

It is either electrical or fuel related. That is as much as I can tell you on the information provided. Check if your plugs are getting spark. it could be as simple as dirty plugs or bad connections between the plug and the high tension lead, dead coil or bad connection between the coil and the HT lead. Is anything loose in the timing adjustment? It could be a blocked jet or residue in the carbie. I suspect it is a Dealer Job!

1987zx600A3ninja falls on its face at half gas or if you crank it on to fast cleaned carbs did valves

There is an air box air intake sensor in the air box itself, try to get a detailed drawing of all the intake system, This sensor when knackered will give the mixed symptoms of both mechanical and carburation problems.I doubt the sensor can be tested but is the cheapest diagnosis you,ll do before any big expensive work so check that out first all the best [email protected]

Falls on its face when you crank on the throtel more than half

At about half throttle the fuel flow starts being controlled by the needle and main jet. for some reason, your carburetor is not providing enough fuel to the engine during this phase of operation. Check for a tear or hole in the diaphragm on the needle slide or for a sticking slide. be sure the float level is correct and nothing is obstructing fuel flow through the main jet. also check the fuel filter and lines for obstructions.

What size valve stem do i need on my rear tire for

Get the replacement at your Kawasaki shop and it will be absolutely correct. This is a miserable job. Better yet, get them to do it. It will be done quickly, correctly and no damage to your machine or your hands.

My bike wont stay running

What kind of bike is it? If it's a moped i would recommend to clean your carb. Also shaking the fuel tank should help.

Will a 180/55zr17 rear tire fit my 96 ninja zx6r?

Do you have a question about a ZX6R or a Vulcan 800 Drifter? If you are asking about the ZX6R all you have to do is look at the old tyre and fit one with the same sizing and profile.

How do I install my intergrated tail light with

The stock turn signals have 3 wires1) Positive for turn signal2) Positive for cruising light (comes on with the light switch's 1st click)3) Ground.Obviously you can either replace the entire turn signal with the aftermarket one and stop using the cruising light or bypass the positive wire for the turn signal only, to the aftermarket one, and leave the original turn signal with the cruising light only.

My son-in-law has a 2006,

Hello,

It was a pleasure talking to you on the phone. I am thrilled that we solved this problem and at very little time or cost to fix. It makes me happy to know i made someones day with my advice.

Here is a little recap of our phone call for you to refer to as well as others that might come across this post that can help them with same type of problem.

Your problem as discussed is, your son -in-law had just bought a bike, and it has lower add on fog/head lights, that keep blowing the 10 amp fuse. It was like this when you bought the bike. So, after us talking, besides the 10 amp is not sufficient for 3 additional headlight and the main head light is the reason it is blowing fuse. To confirm this, is after talking to you, the person who added these additional 3 headlight/driving lights, also taped them into the main head light. Which is way to much for a 10amp fuse. Besides that , I also added for safety wise it is for sure a NO NO. I said , because you could be driving down the road at night, and because all are tapped in together, then when fuse blows, now you have no lights. Yes, I said you can find another circuit to tie into, but i recommended the best solution for easiness, safety and effectiveness, is to run the hot lead off your toggle switch (that operates your 3 additional lights) Run it direct to your battery positive terminal, with a inline fuse. Make sure you have the proper gauge wire for the amps being pulled by the 3 lights, and run the proper gauge wire, with of course the proper inline fuse, Problem is solved. You thought that was best idea and cost and for overall safety. I am glad I can help, and let me know if you have any other questions. Mike from Fixya
