You still have a problem with your starter. Sounds like you missed the wires going to the solenoid which engages the bendix.
Recheck the wiring.
It could also be a bad starter from the parts store. Won't be the first time.
See if this helps -
Make sure battery has a full charge and battery connections all good. How long since a tune-up?
Have a helper crank it while you check for spark at the spark plugs. If spark everywhere, use a gage and check proper fuel pressure. Also check for fuel injector pulse.
If it has a timeing sensor on a device that looks like a distributer in older cars it should be changed also. It and the crank sensor share info in order to work properly.
Pull all 4 spark plug wires off at the coils, have someone crank your engine. You should see spark jumping between all 4 coils. If not you probally have a bad crank position sensor failed. If not that Ignition control You can check for fuel pressure at the fuel rail if you have a fuel pressure tester, might check the Inj. fuse located in the underhood fuse block.Hope this helps. Also You may try to push accelerator pedal all the floor this will put the engine in clear flood mode in case it's flooded.
Only rotate the engine in the proper direction when checking the timing setting. I recommend that you recheck the settings and assure that you are not out 180°, and recheck the spark plug wires to assure that they are on the correct plugs and spark packs. You need to step back, take a deep breath, and recheck/verify that timing and wiring is correct.
make sure ign module bolts ar tight and module is making good contact with trans case, if all is good you probebly have a bad crankshaft position sensor causing no spark.
Use a spark tester and plug it into the wire and plug...turn engine over and see if there is any spark. If there is take ether and spray it into the air intake and see if it will start...after all of that if no start let us know what you have done, and ask again.
Have you checked if your getting spark. You can do this by removing a plug and having someone hit the key for you. watch the spark plug don't touch it or you will get zapped. If you see a strong spark you should be good. Do this for all plugs. Alternatively you can try the crank position sensor this should be mounted between the intake manifold and the starter. Follow the wires to the location and unscrew the sensor.
If that is not the problem and your getting spark and gas to the cylinders. Let me know
