I have a 2000 ford windstar 3.8 im having truble with cylinder#5 it has a new spark plug and a new fuel injector

Is it a plug wire or coil on plug system? More than likely it is a plug wire or a boot for coil on plug. If the latter you should replace all at the same time. Same applies for plug wires if over 60,000 miles. Buy the expensive ones, if you don't you will regret it in 15 to 20 thousand miles.

92 explorer sport missing at idol and acceleration

The 1st thing to replace is the plugs and plug wires, they are goood for about 100,000 miles, then if that doesn't do it you may have more serious concern. issues

Suv stalls between 45 and 65 mph, already changed plug, wires, coil, and ran a fuel injectiong cleaner! check engine light comes on and off, reads miss fire cyl 1, 3, 5

Spark plug wires will last 20 years in most cases
Spark plugs never fail to fire, they are replaced at 60,000 miles,
not over 3 years, regardless of milage.
Injector cleaner is useless and a waste of money.
How would 10 oz in a 15 gallon fuel tank fix anything
common sense.

Now you diagnose your drivability issue
Retrieve the code,if any, that set the check light,
proceed from there.

You stated a cylinder misfire,so you already know your problem
Coil pack, Coil -On-Plug,what ever you have on your vehicle.

The stalling is another issue, unless the misfire is so bad that it
spikes the computer, comes back on the TPS Sensor and the vehicle
goes into failsafe and shuts off. Still bad coil issues.
