aI dont recommend it but you can try a higher amperage fuse to see if the problem happens. Fuses are really not currently limited, they are there for short circuits, if yours is blowing intermittantly, you might have a connection probelm etc.
Need more info. What indicator handle? What indicators? If you're talking about the turn signal stalk then you may need to replace the stalk and wiring harness.
The battery light flashing is an indication of an intermittent short. The intermittancy seems to be caused by a "hung" relay or a partially welded relay that is not releasing its contacts. Try going to the relay and fuse box under the hood and pulling one relay at a time to see if the observed action stops. If it does, replace the faulty relay. If not go to the fuse box under the dashboard and do the saqme thing!
I had the same problem. It's the flasher relay under the dash way up at the top of the panel and a ***** to get at! I removed the panel. its about 1.5"x1.5" and has 9 blades. you'll know it cause its taller than all the rest. Some people say you can pop them open and resolder
