Difference between an Air Filter and Air Conditioning filter
The air conditioning filter that your manual speaks of is known as a ''cabin filter'', it is much differant then your engine air filter. It filters the incoming air into your vehicles interior. So if someone has told you to replace your ''air filter'' they are more then likely speaking of your ''engine'' air fitler. You should check your engine air filter every oil change. If it shows signs of dirt, then replace it. Hope this helps =)
What could cause Ignition 1 no 2 fuse to blow intermittently
aI dont recommend it but you can try a higher amperage fuse to see if the problem happens. Fuses are really not currently limited, they are there for short circuits, if yours is blowing intermittantly, you might have a connection probelm etc.
HOW DO YOU BLEED THE
Start the engine, fill up full the brake fluid reservoir, and let someone press the brake pedal down to the floor for 3 times,, bleed the bleeder screw behind the tire.. position yourself closed to back plate of drum or caliper for easy bleeding work. when the bleeding screws is loosed brake fluid leaks with a bubbles. then close it again and tell the guy in the pedal brake to press it again until a hard press is felt and bleed the bleeder screw again, stop only the process when there is a hard pressing already on the brake pedal which is the brake system is now working properly.
GLOW PLUGS
the glow plugs work through a relay so check the relay and wiring for the relay from the ignition switch
Loud Engine Noise
Hello, it's probably not safe to drive, noises are never good news, I would suggest that you check the engine oil and if it's low add oil to it and hope it's not too late to prevent engine damage.
The check engine light along with the VSC trak
Without have a diagnoses done on it you cannot pinpoint the problem, so many filters/sensors on modern vehicle any of these could cause these symptoms. I would find a local garage with diagnostic equip who should be cheaper than dealer.
I own a 2003 Toyota Landcruiser v8 petrol GXL, and
if that is 100 kl and not miles per hour I would suggest you start looking at a bad catalitic converter as a suspect. pull your o2 sessor before the cat and see if it runs better if it does thats your problem. They usually shift wierd with a bad cat also but not always . if this was helpful please leave good feed back
