On my '07 Montana SV6 was the same problem, I've fix it by moving up to 3 mm. contact plate at the body frame of the rihgt sliding door. If you check the spots on the plate where pins from the door comes to this plate, you will see that they contacting not in a middle. There are two ways to fix: move down pin unit in the door or move up contact plate on frame. For me second way was better. It's manufacture mistake comes sinse 2005 and on right door only.
Than, pull out contact plate from the front side of the door, remove rubber boot from wire side. You will see back side of sliding contacts. Push small plates toward to moving pins, to provide reliable contact. Top one (single in row) sending 2 impulses to body computer to confirm that door lock is closed to 2 clicks. It's easy job, takes less than 1/2 hours, and you don't need to remove inside door panel. Don't foget to lubricate moving contacts and make sure that pins moving freely but always touching side plates to provide permanent electrical contact.
I have two different dings in my 2005 Montana even in drive driving down the road
