Power window fuse location for 2001 mustang - 2001 Ford Mustang

Check the AC fuse, It's located in the power distribution box under the hood, just forward of the strut tower on the drivers side.
It's a 20 Amp fuse in position 24.

The fuse block diagram is in the owners manual, if you don't have a owners manual, you can get it at this free Ford website to view or download.
It's on page 163.

The fuse for the fuel pump is located in the power distribution box/fuse box located in the engine compartment. It is in the number 14 position and should be a 20 amp fuse (see picture below of the fuse layout). Also, I don't know if you have checked this or not but there is a fuel pump cut off switch located in the trunk of the vehicle. I gave you a picture of its location in the second picture below. This should all be in your owners manual if you have one. Interior lamps are powered through fuse # 7 and is a 15 amp fuse. It is located in the interior fuse panel. The lamps are gounded though ground # G400 which is located in the left rear cargo area.

According with the Owners Manual, this fuse is located in Passenger compartment fuse panel. The fuse panel is located below and to the left of the steering wheel by the brake pedal. Remove the panel cover to access the fuses. To remove a fuse use the fuse puller tool provided on the fuse panel cover.



Check the position 43, 20 AMP CB for Power Windows

Stop lamp fuse is located at the # 33 position in your fuse box. second from the bottom row fourth one over from the left. It's a 15A fuse. I hope this helps and good luck.

It's a 40 AMP fuse.

The fuse for the power windows is a 40 amp. fuse in the fuse/relay box located under the hood on the drivers side of your vechicle.
It's the first top fuse (position 12) next to the relays.

the switch is protected by a fuse and it activates the relay which handles the high current needed to operaate the back window. You should have a light that comes on when the switch is turned on.

it's behind dash panel, center.

check the relay for the power windows. it's most likely located on the fuse panel under the dash.
