I have the same problem. There must be something other than the EFI fuse.

I can't get my battery out of my Vauxhall combo van to put a new one in what do I need to do thanks

Some models of Combo Van will need you to remove some pieces of body trim to get to the battery more easily. These are usually held in place with screws or 'push in' clips.
Loosen the nut on the clamp on the Negative, (black), terminal and remove the clamp. Next loosen and remove the red positive clamp from that terminal.
Next look down all four sides of the battery. Your looking for a bolt head and clamp holding down one edge of the battery. Unscrew this bolt until the clamp is loose. This should release the battery enough for you to wriggle it out. In some cases you might have to remove the clamp to get the battery out.
To refit, position the new battery the same way around as the old one. Tighten the clamp that's down the side to hold down the battery. Refit the RED (positive) terminal first and tighten the nut, then refit the BLACK (negative) terminal and tighten that nut as well. Refit any trim and test start the engine. Hope this helped?

How to jump start my 2005 Pontiac Montana?

Using jumper cables :
1. Connect one red clamp to the positive terminal (+) of running car's battery and the other end red clamp to the positive terminal (+) of the dead car's battery .
2. Connect one black clamp to the negative terminal (-) of running car's battery and the other end black clamp to the negative terminal (-) of the dead car's battery.
Basically... (+) to (+)...and... (-) to (-)
3. Crank up the car needing the jump.
4. Once car is jumped and running...remove clamps in reverse order.

Using battery pack: Connect in the same fashion as above.

What do you have to do to change the battery,do you have to take off the supprt bar that runs across the top of the battery

Yes, unscrew the bolt that hold the support bar that run accross the battery. But before you do that, unscrew the postive clamp ( the one with the red rubber cap)l, make sure you do not touch anything, or have the wrnech touch any other metal, while you are unscrewing the bolt, otherwise you will get shock. Then do the same with the negative/ground clamp. Then take the battery suport bar out, careful not to loose any screws. Then pull out your old battery, and in with the new one, and make sure you have the postive to postive and negative to negative an dbattery position correctly. Should be postive negative mark on each end of the battery terminal. Installation is vise versa.

Do i disconnect the red negative or black positive battery cable first when i am changing my 04 cooper battery?

Always disconnect negative first. Also, when you're putting them back on, connect negative last.

Trying to install new batery and the minute I put the second cable to battery the horn starts going off How do I stop this. I thought I disconected the horn but it keeps going off

Install the battery by connecting the positive cable first, then the negative. If this does not work,do it vise-versa.connect the negative first, then the positive cable. If this does not work, connect the battery, and then insert the key and start the engine,if horn stops, let it run for about a minute, then turn the ignition off and remove the key.

Ford E-150

sounds like you have burned out some of the relays and possibly fuses in the fuse box in the engine compartment.... just a suggestion... but stop off at your local junk/recycling/wrecking yard and buy all the fuses relays out of a junked vehicle... and replace them all....

Ok... So now nothing on the interior is working...

you have probably blown some fuses, remove and replace. check your relays too. Probably caused by putting jump lead from negative to positive or vise versa.
