Hi I have a 1994 Cadillac Sedan Deville and I was driving down the highway and it stop running everything electrical was still on just wasn't getting anything power from the engine so I pulled over and tried to start it but had no luck it was turning over but not starting. Please help me if you can?
I have a 1990 Cadi Sedan DEVILLE. I drove my car for 5mins then parked it. 10 mins later i come out to start it but it just wont. It wants to start but it seems like something just wont let it. my radio works as well as my lights inside my dash. i dont know whats goin on.....please help?!?!?

It may be the fuel pump, if its not getting gas it won't start. If not that it could be electrical
How do you know you dont have spark? Are you using a spark tester? Try holding a spark plug wire about a 1/4" away from a good grounded bolt or screw with a pair of rubber handled pliers, while somebody cranks the engine, watch and listen for the spark to jump the gap. I think you have spark, but maybe the electronic fuel pump in side the fuel tank crapped the bed.

it wont start
My 1990 Deville is doing the same thing, it died on me like it was out of gas and wont start back up. i have changed ignition module, coil, distr. cap, rotor, ignition switch and checked all fuses. It still isnt getting spark, however it is getting power to the coil. I turned the key on and tested the plug to the coil, and it is getting power. It has to be something electrical, does anyone know what else to check??? i am stumped!
Everything works in the car but it wont start up. The anti theft device came on and locked everything up. I just had a new key made but it didn't help. Cold it be fuel pump or electrical. Man, Im losing my job over this, Can some one help me. Alan
1992 chrysler newyorker fifth ave, changed fuel filter and pump. still no gas gets to engine, been trying for two weeks now please help.
