Yes the problem could be the control module, or a long list of other electrical components. Someone will need to figure out if you are lacking spark or fuel pressure when it will not start, then proceed.
This could be several possible causes. If possible I would find out what the spark plugs looked like when they were pulled from the engine. Since you had the radiator changed assuming that diagnosis was correct for the overheating you may or may not have more severe internal problems with the engine. Start with what the spark plugs looked like and possibly what the present spark plugs look like.
I would check into the starter relay. If it cranked but didnt start I would say your coil packs. It could also be a temp sencor.Have you ran a *** check on it yet?
The break safty switch could be mixed up with the break safty switch. If the car will start without you steping on the break, the wires are mixed up in the harness or the car was put together with the break safty switch on the gas insted of the break.
Ussually with the Preludes the main relay for the fuel pump needs to be replaced. One that i havent seen posted yet is the 'Coolant tempature switch' near the distributor some times becomes faulty. Cheap at local auto parts dealer.
