This sounds lock the actuator is frozen, this is the actuator that locks and unlocks the door, when it goes bad it wont move and holds the linkage locked in that postion, you will need to remove the door panel and disconnect the linkage to actuator to open the door then replace the actuator.

You will probably need to replace the power door lock actuator.
Here's a link to one similar to yours.

If your alarm went off, it could be that someone had tried to break into your car. They most likely may have cut some of the wires inside your door with what ever device they may have been using. Look for evidence between the bottom of the windows and doors where the problem is. If not, then it is possible that your automatic window assemblies are malfunctioning. Do you hear the motors run on the windows when you go up or down with the switch? I also have a Pacifica, 2005, however no window problems yet.
Good Luck,

The lock actuator is probably broken in that door. We got one of the internet for 80$ and replaced it outselves and it solved this problem. IOD fuse is very temporary fix as system is sensing problem and flipping to protect itself like the breaker switches in the house.
