Are you sure that it is not the ground wire?

You don't need a manual to check the fuses 1 at a time. Just doing a visual (or use multimeter) will sometimes let you find a bad fuse. You do know that the top is raised and lowered using small motor located under the hood. Use dianostic code reader to find out who, what, where the problem is. Most readers are free to use at Autozone, Advanced Auto Parts, and NAPA.

should be on the fire wall or neer the fender. but check for power at the starter first.relay usualy dont go bad

Youll need to use a power steering puller tool,U can get a loaner tool from advance auto to remove and install your pulley.It pressed it off and back on.

Are the teeth on the flywheel worn?
