Sterring box the sterring box can make the car vibrate

Are you certain the grinding is coming from the sterring shaft, or is it simply transmitted through the shaft from the sterring box? Grinding of this critical aspect of controlling your vehicle is tremendously dangerous. If the noise happens when turning the sterring wheel, there is something critically wrong-get the vehilce to a shop ASAP.

check for failing "U" joints, loose /binding slip joint check for bent drive shaft check for missing balance weight off shaft.

Your front rotor's were no cut right, there wrap so when you brake you feel that out of roundes, take your car back and have them cut the rotor's right, make sure they mic the rotor's to get a mim thickness or rotor will wrap again, if tis thin rotor's will have to be replace.

the stearing wheel with a play usually means one thing.. the stearing box..

you can eighter change the seals and stuff in the box,, or change the box all together.. Also the stearing rack could be at fault as well.. same thing applies,, change seals of change rack.. Remove the rack firstmm its the most likey cause.

Front CV joint is bad. REPLACE ASAP it will fail and will cause accident. DO NOT DRIVE!!!!

Your tie rod nut needs tightning, the extra play causes the front end to vibrate or wobble your vehicle and sterring wheel.

look under the car where your steering wheel gear box connects to the tie rod, see if the nut and carter key have slop in it.

if so, take the carter key out and tighten the nut and then replace the carter key as it was.

the test it on some bumps and potholes.

Your car has front disc brakes, the disc's are running out of true, as u apply the brake this causes the steering wheel to shake, the higher the speed the more u feel this, the solution is to have the front brake disc's machined true again on a brake lathe or if they are to thin replace them.

no filter, sounds like the steering rack is worn out and need to be rebuilt.
