I also have a problem with pumping gas into my 2002 Hyundai XG350. It starts pumping than cuts off as if the tank is full and you can't continue to fill the tank. It won't go to FULL, which causes me to have to fill my tank a little every two days! It's driving me crazy. How can this be fixed? I shouldn't have to put gas in my tank every two days.

How long has it been doing this? Go underneath the car and look at the filler neck to see if it was bent. Next follow the vent line from the top of the fuel tank to the to the frame vent and see it it is dirty and clogged. Replace the charcoal filter that's usually in the engine compartment.

Don't fully insert the pump spout into the filler neck. Be careful doing this as you could overfill the tank.

Why can't I fill my gas tank on my 2002 Hyundai

Not necessarily. Try pumping the gas at the slowest speed. Or try inverting the pump nozzle to the side or upside down. Also try not putting the nozzle all the in the filler pipe. Be careful. Hope this helps.

Every time I fill up my 2001 Hyundai Elantra at every station I've been to the pump will constantly cut off during fill-up. I've tried pulling the nozzle further out of the gas tank and pushed it in as far...

When a gas pump does this it is because there is alot of pressure in the gas tank. This is a good thing for you because it means all your seals in the fule system are working good.Next time you fill up open you fule cap and let the car vent for a little bit then try to fill.

Can't fuel xg350 2002 at gas station difficult

there is a tube that runs along side the filler neck to the gas tank, this tube allows air to escape from the gas tank as you fill it, if it gets kinked or obstructed then you have a hard fill situation, pull the filler neck/vent assembly out and replace it.

if the problem start after replacing the cables and plugs then you misplaced, they go exactly to one place, but if the problem was there, i will recomend you to check for a cloged fuel filter, or have some one chek the fuel presure, because if the fuel pressure is low the you have a bad fuel pump,
also try to remember if you got fuel for a very low price because there is many gas station selling e-85 fuel and this kind of fuel is not compatible with many cars, if you fuel smeels like tekila or alcohhol with water then your fuel is contaminated and you need to drain the tank and refill it wiht well knon fuel.
