The problem with these security codes is that each radio carries a code that is unique and individual to the radio itself. There is no master code for these radios. You will need to remove the radio from the dash to find the serial on a label at the back.

For radio codes for Renault and many other models I can recommend this site

Just enter the serial details when you have them and for a small fee you will have your code sent right back to your email or mobile phone. Use them regularly for radios that I repair and can confidently recommend them.

The radio will have to be removed from the car dashboard .
Then please quote the MAKE + MODEL of your radio plus ALL the LETTERS and NUMBERS on any LABELS , BARCODES or STAMPED IN THE METAL CASING.
Also confirm the MAKE of CAR it is fitted into.
