fuel pressure found to be zero cranking???
F1.10 NOT BLOWN
SCANNED THE pCM CRANKING YET? (never skip this)
CHECKED ALL FUSES NOT JUST SOME
THE FUEL PUMP RELAY FUSE IS HOT ALL TIME F1.10
BOTH SIDES HOT ! if one side hot an other not fuse is blown.
THE PCM SURE Does close the relay and only IT DOES
F1.18 not blown or f1.12 not blow or PCM power relay not dead.
The PCM may cut fuel many ways for many reason.
1: spark dead,detected (cmp /ckp)_
2: SRS bags show, collision detected and stored,
3:PCM may only gut injection. some cars even cut cranking. Some fords did. or more
4: WOT cranking cuts fuel on purpose, unflood mode.(or bad TPS)
some rules here can change with ford newer PCM flash updates.

if you keep
hot wiring things you will blow up the PCm
use the DMM meter and fuel pressure gauge cranking
so scan the PCM
there ARE lots of errors to be seen
