Weres the raditor plug on a olds 1990 cieria

Usually located on the passenger bottom of the radiator facing the engine. You should feel like a butterfly nut made of plastic. Its not going to be on the metal parts where the air flows through but on the side tanks

I'm trying to perform a radiator drain (flush) on my 1999 Buick Century Limited. I need to know how.

drain raditor fluid then take off upper and lower hoses and put your house water hose in lower raditor hose and turn on water and let run for about 5 mins. to flush out raditor.
then run in top hose to flush back then lower hose again. that should clean it out.

Where is drain plug on radiator so i can flush the radiator.

If you want to flush the raditor remove the big hoses, don't worry with the drain plug as you can't flush it good enough with the drain open anyway. If your just changing the fluild you can drain it and fill it but thats not flushing it. remove the therostate too and flush the engine and remove the heater hoses and flush them too. As you may not know what kind of antifreeze is in the motor now you need to get all of it out as some kinds of antifreeze don't mix and make a clogging slime instaed of good coolant. Do it right or take it to a shop that will.

I was wondering where the drain plug is to flush the coolant out. Also, what is the best method to flush out the radiator? I have a 2000 Grand Am.

There is a drain plug on the engine compartment side of the radiator at the bottom of the plastic tank. The best way to flush your cooling system is to get a Prestone Raditor Flushing Kit. You can use a garden hose to flush the system out.

Where is the drain plug for the radiator on a 2000 buick lesabre

c2d1fde.jpgOk looking at all different Manufactors, and i have'nt seen one with a radiator drain plug..So if you are tring to flush your raditor, just take off the bottom radiator hose, and run a hose in the radiator, and flush it out the best way you can...Then top it off with a Gallon of coolant, and you should be fine...Goodluck...

How do to install a coolant sensor in a 1997 Pontiac

Yes it usually screws in. Depending on it's location you may have to drain the radiator and save your coolant to re-use. Most of the time it's high on the engine so you don't lose much coolant.

Want to change out coolent in radiator myself is it a wise choice

Things you will need:
Radiator coolant mixture (get from garage)
Radiator flush fluid (also from garage)
Distilled water (Or if your me garden hose water ;) )

Take off the radiator cap when engine is COOL. Find the drain plug located in the bottom of the radiator (normaly hand tight) and let it drain out into a catch container. Put the drain plug back in, follow the instructions on the flush container topping the radiator back up. Let engine run as directed on bottle and then carefuly undo the radiator cap using a rag as not to burn yourself. Then remove the plug again and drain out the flush fluid. Then repeat the process with the radiator fluid as instructed on the bottle.
