Windshield Washer fluid on 97 Nissan Sentra comes out weakly on driver side, fine on passenger side.
Fluid still comes out on drivers side, but shoots maybe 2-3 inches. Passenger side still shoots all the way up the windshield. I've tried using a needle to clear any blockage, but there didn't seem to be one. Problem occurred gradually (over a few days).

Check to be sure there is washer fluid in the washer fluid reservoir. The owners manual should have a "map" that tells you location, amperage , and system(s) covered by listed fuses. Lacking an owners manual, the inside of the fuse box access panel will also have this information. Suggest you get a Chiltons/Haynes repair manual that covers your vehicle. There are other reasons for washer not to work. And newer vehicles have 2 fuse panels. With redundant systems.
nozzle stopped up with wax, or tubing is stopped up, pump motor may be running, but pump isn't. Check for pressure at the pumps. Tubing sometimes comes off or has cracks that let washer fluid escape. Its sounds like a search till you find it type thing. Can't be too much, either a blown fuse, faulty pump/motor, or faulty tubing/clogged nozzle
Sounds like the rubber hose broke between the Tee fitting and the spray nozzle. If the nozzles are between the hood and windshield, you may have to remove the wiper arms and the panel under the windshield to get to the hose.
The washer jets are either full of car polish (if you polish it), or blocked with dirt from the washer fluid bottle. Blowing them with an air hose normally clears this out. You can then adjust the jet direction with a safety pin.
Hope this helped...
Assuming the reservoir has washer fluid in it - when you activate the washers with the key on do you hear a hum from the pump? When you activate it do you see fluid coming out under the car? If any of the lines are damaged the fluid may not be travelling where you want it to. If the pump is not working altogether check to make sure the wire is plugged onto it. Check the tubing from the pump to the connector under the hood. If your fuses are good and the pump is not working at all have the plug checked for power. Pumps go out, but the cause is usually something more simple and less expensive.
dirt may have gotten into your washer fluid system and clogged the hose going to your drivers side tubing or nozzle, my suggestion is to take all the drivers side hoses out and force air or water the reverse direction to clear any possible clogs. the hardest part of this job should be finding the tubing because its probably hidden.
