I have a 1992 Ford Ranger that will run perfect sometimes then start lossing power and occasionally stalling. It seems to run better with more gas in the tank and in the mornings. I've done a complete tune-up from the rotor button to the sparkplugs, replaced the pcv valve and cleaned my vaccum hoses with sea foam, replaced the fuel filter, and run two types of fuel injector cleaner through the gas.
Replaced throttle postion sensor and it didn't work. Same problem but it does seem to idle a little better.Replaced throttle postion sensor and it didn't work. Same problem but it does seem to idle a little better.

Check everywhere for air leaks. If it has a carburettor start the car and spray butane gas around it, if the revs increase then you have a leak somewhere as it is sucking in this extra fuel.
Clean the idle air control valve or replace it and check the readings on your engine coolant temp sensor. Wrong temp reading really screw up the air / fuel mixtures
You haven't tuned anything. Tune-ups went away in 1980 with the introduction of electronics.
Fuel filter -filters fuel
Injector cleaner-waste of money,on some fords, it will remove the coating on pintle and is not recommended
TPS Sensor, was replaced after you tested it ,and found it defective?
Spark Plugs-ever hear of one failing. Never seen one fail in 47 years.
Have you considered the EGR Valve,Vacuum Leaks,Old O2 Sensors,again,test first,then replace,blocked converter?
Fuel filter? There's also a filter on the suction intake inside the gas tank, it can get plugged up. I'd definitely try the filter if you haven't. Good luck. Have you checked the fuel psi coming from the tank? If it's fuel injection, it should be pretty high, 55 - 60 psi. Let me know if I can help.
first go to an auto partstore and have the code checked. most do it for free. could be coil, fuel pump, fuel filter, air filter or even a bad gas cap. but the dianogstic test should pin point the problem.
Your engine coolant temp. sensor is going bad. What happens is that your engine computer is receiving a bad signal from the ECT sensor and it thinks it's 40 below. An example is it basically slams the choke shut if it had a distributor. When it cools off, I'll bet it runs just fine.
