Clutch slips badly in first gear,

Hi, this is a hydraulic clutch system. If the clutch is slipping, it is more than likely a worn clutch. If you had a hydraulic issue, the truck would be hard to shift, and the pedal would let out really low.It seems like you may be looking at a clutch replacement.Thanks...

When braking on hard surface, just before dead stop, the last few feet, the ABS brakes takes over and the veh caries on a few more feet, finishing with a slow stop. The 4 wheels braking system were bled...

There was a TSB on this issue with your Sierra, a faulty or dirty ABS sensor is the cause of this problem. The fix is simple, just clean the ABS sensor at the front hub with brake parts cleaner and inspect the wire leads. At worst you may have to replace the sensor it self. Good luck
