Mcdevito75 here, The O2 or Oxygen sensor itself is located in the exhaust manifold, you have 2 exhaust manifolds 1 on either side of the engine. Generally the O2 sensor is in the exhaust manifold on the firewall side of the engine, It"s silver with 1 very thin tubeing comming from the top of it. The O2 sensor does not cause over heating of the engine.

Need to see a image of how plug wires go on a 1992 oldsmobile 88 royale

Intake manifold normally has firing order cast in, or get a shop manual. The hard part can be finding which should be #1, especially if you have had the distributor removed. Use compression gauge to find TDC compression stroke on #1 and see where rotor is pointing.

Where is the crank sensor on a 1994 olds 88?

The crank sensor is located behind the crank pulley. it has to be lined up perfectly when replaced. You will understand when you remove the crank. Check the crank pulley very closely after you pull it off. they are noted for the rubber insulator breaking and then you have to replace the pulley too.

Hope This Helps.
