There are two square buttons on your dash, just to the left of the steering wheel. Press and hold the left until it blinks and it will allow you to set up the languages and such.

Tip: The max point reward for answering a question is 15.
It means you have 4% engine oil life remaining, and that you have your Driver Information Center language set to French. You need to change, or have changed, your engine oil and filter, and if French is not your language, change the DIC display language to English in the language settings.
The Driver Information Center (DIC) displays PONTIAC or BUICK for 3 seconds and then the most recently used key fob when it first powers up. The DIC returns to the last display status after displaying the key fob number. The DIC can be displayed in English or French. In order to change between English/French press and hold the Mode button for more than 3 seconds .

The Set button allows options to be reset in the DIC. Options can be reset by depressing and holding the Set button for 3 seconds
Manual Compass Calibration If the compass appears erratic and the calibration symbol does not appear, you must manually put the compass into the calibration mode. To get into this mode, do the following: 1. Turn the ignition on and cycle the DIC to the compass/temperature mode. 2. Press and hold the SET button for longer than three seconds. ZONE # PRESS & HOLD SET TO CHANGE: This display mode will be displayed when you are manually calibrating the system. The current zone number for compass variance will be displayed in place of the # symbol. Use the SET button to select the zone number from the graphic shown to select the current area of the country that you are driving in. PRESS SET TO CALIBRATE COMPASS: After selecting your zone, press the MODE button and this will be displayed on the DIC. Press the SET button and complete three 360 degree turns in an area free from large metal objects. I Believe To change the
language, press and hold the MODE button until the language you want is
displayed. The MODE button is located on the instrument panel, to the
left of the steering column. Release the button to set your choice.

Press and hold the personalization button (2) and the trip information button (1) at the same time. The DIC will begin scrolling through the languages. Each language will be shown in that particular language (English will be in English, French will be in French, etc.).

When the preferred language appears, release both buttons. The DIC will then display the information in the language that was selected.
oh thats the change oil light expect it every 3500 to 4500 miles they glow.. you can usually reset it by holding down the trip button with the car off and then turn the key to the II position where everything lights up

Turn the ignition to ON without starting the engine. Fully press and release the accelerator pedal three time in five seconds. If the CHANGE OIL SOON’ indicator flashes two times, the system is resetting. Turn the key to OFF, then start the vehicle. The DIC display is located on the instrument panel cluster above the steering wheel. The DIG buttons are located on the steering wheel. To reset Service Reminder Indicator, turn ignition on with engine not running. Press the MODE button until DIC reads oil life left hold SET to reset. Press and hold the SET button until 100% is displayed. You will hear three chimes and the change oil message will go out. If the CHANGE ENGINE OIL’ message comes back on when the vehicle is started, the engine oil life system has not reset. Repeat the procedure.
Unless your Rendezvous is Canadian made, you can use the SET button ont he DIC to toggle between English or metric. A Canadian odometer and trip odometer will remain in metric units only. Hope this helps.
