I have a lexus rx 350 2009 year but the hatchback can't close when i press the button the the hatchback i have to put a code i think but don't know how

In link below it was said he manually had to close by pulling down and then up a little and then down and the back up a little. The hatch was eventually closed, and it reset(read it in below link.

You will need to remove the clock and have it repaired.

try using a fault scanner to reset the program after the battery change.

May be a relay problem

If you go to one of your local auto parts stores they will pull up your cars codes for you and tell you what the problem or problems are. Write down the codes and get back to me with the codes. They are usually a P followed by four numbers 0000. This will give me or someone else an idea of what the problem is. Don't panic, it may be something as simple as a loose gas cap. You should see three buttons on the driver sun shade. Let's name them from left to right 1,2, and 3. Start by clearing any old codes. To clear codes press buttons 1 and 3 simultaneously until the light starts blinking. Release the buttons simultaneously. Before starting to program the car remotes you must have your gate hand held remote ready with a good charged battery. Now, to program your first gate car remote let's choose button 1. Press button 1 until it start blinking (about 20 seconds). Keeping button 1 pressed, activate your hand held remote close (about an inch) from the car button 1, until the light blinks faster than before. Release both remotes simultaneously. You are done programming your car remote button 1. For two additional gates remote controls programming repeat the procedure with button 2 and then with button 3.

Try that I would suggest at first, clean with robbing alcohol and let it dry completely while the battery has already been taken off.

You might also be having a problem with the actual plastic thing that presses the button, if its worn out then just place a piece of paper underneath the button and then pressing it to see if there is any response from the car.

the switch to detect hatch close is not being pressed down ..check at the striker there is a switch there confirm it is is working by pressing down on it with your finger and watching the light on the instrument panel

This happened to me a few years ago. It wouldn't eject the CD for a year. I literally smacked the side of the dash where the cd player is located and it came out the next time I pressed eject. I found that same solution in a couple of forums. I had to do it a few times. I think the CD just has to allign with something to eject properly.
