Rear windows in Buick Park Avenue 1998 do not work = the switches to raise and lower window does nothing. Checked fuses, but I cannot find which fuse in owner's manual

No lights are most likely the dimmer switch at the light switch, Replace it. rear defrost, could be a broken wire, switch is bad, or the little stands that go across the window, one is broke. No heat, probably the vent motor on the passenger side under the dash, close to the center console.
see the diagram attached. test the cables, connector, for open, dirty, bad contacts. Switch, test for bad contacts, clean with contact cleaner, and finally test the motor for open or faulty.Test the fuse or . c.breaker for open or faulty, and clean contacts. God bless you
have windows ever been tinted? check the connection at the rear window itself. is the solder joint ok? if so, pull the switch and check the terminals for continuity
They look good, what does that mean, you tested them and voltage is present to the window motor and mirror? The easiest way to test is with a 12 volt probing test light. they cost about $5 for the cheapest ones.
Would have to experience window problem myself, but sounds like you may need a new power window motor and/or window sash "peanut". (must remove door to fix this problem) 45 min. job for exp. tech. Good luck,best regards.
