Where is the pcv valve located on a 2002 Isuzu Rodeo-V 6? Can't find it anywhere and it is not in my manual. Bought the part but can't find where it goes
I do not even know what you are talking about. I have not rated anyone for anything, did not even know about it. I will see if I can clarify this. I do appreciate someone answering my question even though we had already spoken with the dealership who told us exactly where it was located.I do not even know what you are talking about. The V-6 engine used in a 2002 Isuzu Rodeo, does indeed have Valve Covers. The V-6 engine used, is a 4-stroke internal combustion engine. 4-stroke internal combustion engines use Valves. The valves are located in a Cylinder Head. There are Rocker Arms that are used to push the valves open. There are Valve Covers on EACH Cylinder Head. The Valve Covers are used to keep the oil in the engine. Example of a basic 4-Stroke Internal Combustion Engine:http://auto.howstuffworks.com/engine1.ht... Note in the animations, at the top of the engine is a Valve Cover. This is the upside down U shape above the Number 1. Mar 30, 2013 - If you are just testing the sensor, you can check the cam sensor signal at the ECM on pin 11 of connector number 2. It is the same blue wire.
are you going to ask for location of all 3000 parts on car?.
3 down 2997 to go.?
see id 7 on UR last post that is the PCV port.
and below is other PCV path
yes, it is stuck into one of the valve covers with a hose attached. Pull it straight out of the valve cover and check to see if the valve will shake back and forth. If not clean or replace.
Doesn't have valve covers! Fuel injection!
Thanks but got it taken care of today!
