First you will have to figure out if the ac system is working or not. If one of the ac lines is cold and the other is hot, you could have a blend door problem behind the glove box. The blend door directs air thru the heater core and the evaporator core.
open the engine hood and locate the fuse box of your electronic fusible link, lift the fuse box cover and look for the diagram thats says heater, lift off the fusible link with a long nose plier and see if the center of the link is broken then you may have to purchase one with same amps
on the very top of the fuse/relay box in driver's side kick panel. on the very top of the fuse/relay box have 3 relay , the blowe motor relay is the center one.
