97 ford contour has green blinking light on dashboard bottom right about same speed as turn signal-slao load beeping sound pulsates and wont stop unless i shut off radio-help green light reads either o/o or o/d

Is this one of the 3 lights in the lowest corner of the display? These 3 lights are for the 3 following functions.
-(Top lamp). Speed limiter Light.
-(Bottom left lamp). Trans Axle warning light.
-(Bottom right lamp). Oil Pressure Warning light.
This sounds like it could be the speed limiter. Check for any switches on the dashboard and the steering column for switches with the same logo as the speed limiter light as this can flash to show it is active.
The Trans Axle warning is the systems electronics showing there is a possible issue with the transmission.
The Oil Pressure light shows there is an issue with the oil system such as low oil or low oil pressure in the engine.
You will often find the Trans axle and Oil warning lights usually don't flash.

have the light control module checked out

In this case when you get the light blinking have your charging system look at,

one of the bulbs have blown

sounds like you got a bad bulb. turn the blinker on an step out to look at them. there should be a blown one.

not a fuse
if it were the right rear park lamp would also be out

your bulbs actually have two filaments inside
first make sure you have the right bulb
second check for power on the orange/green wire

it's possible you have the wrong bulb

next thing to check is the dimmer switch.check for power at terminals,voltage should drop on one terminal while rotating the switch and stay at twelve volts at other.
