Dec 29, 2008 - My heater in my 2000 Hyundai Accent has never been 100%, but if I let it ... If they dont resecure the cable or bend the cable you wont get heat.

Let a garage have a look at this, it may be more than just low transmission fluid.

Fan Motor could be bad & that is the noise !!

You need to replace the belt.
Once a belt gets glazed it will slip no matter how tight it is.

if it was the cv joints it would do it when you drive it it seems like its the bushings in the a arms

choke will not make noise.

when a car is under warranty it is always best to speak to the dealer as ,with hyundai warranty,if they find something wrong hyundai pay for it....and you get ot know them a bit better(it helps)
the reason for me suggesting this is you have not descrbed the noise and what you are doing to generate this noise.......(is it a squeek,a grinding, does it stop when you brake hard/soft...etc

Sounds like the timming belt is loose and or a pully is bad. However it could simply be a worn alternator or power steering belt.

Is this happening at cold start or is it happening all the time? When did this start happening? Was it "all of a sudden" or a gradual thing that is getting worse. Let me know.
