Well I can't be sure here but I would look in the fuse panel under the hood most vehicles have several relays in the fuse panel and this includes horn, fuelpump, wipers, and sometimes HVAC blower motor. (box) there's a cover that snaps on over it. Hope this helps.
THe microfilter is just the filter. The oil filter is available off the shelf at advance auto parts. It's the original equipment German brand, "Mann". It's about $12.00. The price of $300 you were quoted is more the range for a transmission oil change, not engine oil.
Don't be confused about the word"microfilter". Again, it just means the filter, same as any other car.
the blower motor is usually located above the drivers feet ,
a blunt tap at the center of the assembly , may start it up,
indicating a bad motor, if not a fuse or power/ground problem.
Common problem. Most likely culprit is the
"Blower Motor Resistor/Regulator; AC Final Stage Unit"
Will cost you around $80-$100 for the part if you put it in yourself.
