If gauge still shows empty and light is on then inside tank there is a arm thats prob just stuck remove lower rear seat and will see entry to tank gauge has about 3 to 4 screws open and check if arm is down or floating .
check first the guage indicator,,,if its good,,, full down the fuel tank and check the fuel gauage sending unit(fuel level sensor) is attached to the to the fuel pump control module..
try checking for other fuses, replace them with the same ampacity. With the radio, radio and light are on the same fuse i believe the lights for the radio are bad. If fuses are okay maybe the light bulb for the low fuel indicator has blown the light bulb can be replaced.
