Window washer reservoir leaks 2003 k2500HD ext cab

You should have 2 "round things" there, those should be the front and rear pumps. All it is is a 90 degree rubber hose fittings that goes into each one. Maybe this hose is cracked or off.

Yes it does and the washer fluid reservoir under the hood is for both the front and rear. The following is a diagram of the washer pump and hoses so you can check for operation or leaks.

Just one.Check the lines and the pump at reservoir,

sounds like the master cylinder reservoir is empty of fluid. re-fill with fluid and bleed all air out of system all the way to the slave cylinder,,, this will / should restore the system.
also,, check to make sure there is not fluid dripping from under the truck when you press in on the clutch pedal ( could be a leak or bad slave cylinder (?) ),, but I would say that the system just needs to be bled.

The rear washer fluid comes from the main reservoir under your hood for the front window. Sometimes the rear will not work because it is not filled high enough, hope this helps

Hi Friend: Check your Window Washer Canister 1st.If its Not Leaking You'll Need to Check ALL your Hoses From The Washer Canister to the 2 Spray Nozzles . And also to Your Washere Pump.Or its Posible your Washer Pump its Self has Developed a Leak.More Than likely its a Hose thats Old and Cracked, Just Follow ALL Hoses from The Washer with your Hand and Eyes.Have Someone Get into the Vehicle After You Fill your Washer Resevoir and Have the Turn your Washer On To See if It Reveals your Leak,Hope this Helps You, Please Let Me Know.If its your Canister or Hoses there Not Expensive To Replace. I'm sure you filled the washer resevoir 1st. If so then listen for the washer motor with the key "on" with engine off. If no washer motor sound then that will have to be diagnosed. If the motor is heard then look for a leaking or disconnected line.
