I have a 96 taurus gl that wont start i have changed the fuel pump,fuel filter spark plugs and wires i dont kno wat else i can do help.............

If you ran it hot they are bad for blowing the head gasket...hope that is not the case !!!!! Maybe the batt died and alternator cain't keep up or the computer went on it...? Best of luck to you !

Yes and the way it runs.
Disconnect and plug the vacuum lines to the EGR, and see if you still have idle and driveability issues. If not replace the Valve.
