under the bonnet is a terminal for jump starting the vehicle ,connect up the jumper leads to this terminal and the earth to any convenient point on the engine

open the bonnet and locate right side small black box open it you will find two nuts the large nut is positive attach jump lead to this one and the other to the earth on the engine this will give you enough opwer to pop the boot lid electronicaly
